Review consultations are important, as we know that behaviour change takes time and ongoing support is needed. They help build upon progress and make changes to the plan. Is This Program For You?
• Are you tired of yo-yo diets that lead to short-term results?
• Are you fed up with calorie counting and following restrictive food rules?
• Are you looking to reach your happy weight, improve blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugars, or simply want to learn how to nourish your body with evidence-based nutrition science?
• Do you experience cravings during the day, feel hungry, or find yourself overeating?
• Are you struggling with consistent results?
• Are you overwhelmed with conflicting nutrition advice?
• Are you looking to feel comfortable in your own skin?
• Do you think of foods as “good” or “bad”?
• Do you want to learn how to fuel and nourish your body based on your personal needs?
Here’s what’s included:

• Detailed Pre-Consultation Questionnaire – Before we begin, you’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire to help us understand your relationship with food, challenges, health, dietary habits and more. This allows me to carry out a food diary analysis prior the program and design the program specifically tailored to your needs.
• 1 x Initial consultation (up to 60 mins) – We start with a one-on-one consultation to explore your relationship with food, dietary habits, medical history and specific goals. Together, we’ll build a personalised plan to move forward.
• 3 x Follow up consultations – Every 2-3 weeks, you’ll connect with your dietitian from the comfort of your home. These live video sessions provide an opportunity to learn, discuss key topics, and receive ongoing guidance. We know behaviour change takes time, so regular support is needed.
• Comprehensive Workbook – You’ll receive an evidence-based workbook filled with practical tips, reflection exercises, and strategies to guide you through the program.
• A personalized plan tailored to your needs containing: Nutrition advice, sustainable lifestyle changes, helpful food swaps and suggestions, evidence recommendations rooted in science (no fad diets!), supplement recommendations (if required)
• Personalized Recipes – Based on your preferences and goals, you’ll receive custom recipes that make healthy eating both enjoyable and sustainable.
