  • ​One in-depth dietetic assessment (45 mins): At your initial consultation, we dig deeper into your concerns, relationship with food, dietary habits, medical background and more and set some goals and build a plan together. 

  • Three follow-up consultations: We meet every 2-3 weeks via video call. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn, discuss key topics, and receive ongoing guidance. We know behaviour change takes time, so regular support is needed.

  • A personalised plan: A plan tailored to your needs and containing nutrition advice, sustainable lifestyle suggestions, helpful food swaps and recommendations rooted in science (no fad diets!), supplement recommendations (if required)

  • Personalised recipes: Based on your needs, you’ll receive custom recipes that make healthy eating both enjoyable and sustainable.

Review consultations are important, as we know that behaviour change takes time and ongoing support is needed. They help build upon progress and make changes to the plan.

 

These follow-up sessions are an opportunity to provide further advice and adjust the plan based on changes in body composition, appetite, training, food preferences, and more.
