Areas of Expertise
Weight Management
I don’t believe that weight alone defines health and it’s never the only focus of our work together. My approach moves away from weight stigma and restrictive dieting, and instead looks at the whole picture: your relationship with food, your patterns, your energy levels, health markers, habits and confidence around eating.

Together, we explore a sustainable way of eating that suits your lifestyle, culture, and preferences. Where helpful, we can include on a Mediterranean-style approach - inspired by my own Greek island background while still making sure it feels realistic and enjoyable for you.

Using evidence-based nutrition alongside behaviour-change support, we build habits that improve health and wellbeing without obsession, guilt, or rigid rules.
Type 2 Diabetes Management
Managing Type 2 diabetes can feel overwhelming - especially when advice seems confusing or restrictive. My approach focuses on helping you understand your blood sugar patterns, build confidence with food, and make changes that genuinely fit your life.

Rather than strict dieting or cutting out large food groups, we work on balanced meals, portion awareness, and routines that support steady energy and healthier blood glucose levels. I also take into account your medical history, medications, lifestyle, and personal preferences so that your plan feels realistic and sustainable.

Together, we track progress using more than just weight - including blood results, symptoms, energy levels, confidence with meals, and long-term health markers. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and in control, while improving your health in a way that lasts.
High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol Management
Being told you have high cholesterol or high blood pressure can feel worrying, especially when the information you receive is generic or conflicting.
My role is to help you understand what your results mean, what may be contributing, and how your nutrition and lifestyle can support better heart health in a way that fits your real life.

We work together to set realistic goals that consider your medical history, medications, preferences, and routines. Rather than focusing on short-term fixes, we look at sustainable habits and realistic changes that you feel confident maintaining.

Progress is measured using meaningful health markers not just the number on the scales. Throughout our sessions, you’ll feel supported, informed, and empowered to make decisions that protect your long-term health.
Polysictic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
PCOS is a relatively complex hormonal condition which affects how a woman's ovaries work. Nutrition and physical activity have been shown to improve symptoms. We can provide dietary information and support to help manage PCOS and to help control symptoms.
My Approach
Nutrition is personal and it has to work in real life. I don’t believe in rigid diets, quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. Food is deeply connected to culture, emotions, health and enjoyment, and your nutrition support should reflect that.

When we work together, we spend time understanding your goals, patterns, routines, challenges and medical background so that any recommendations genuinely fit you.
My role is to guide and support you with clear, evidence-based advice, while helping you build habits that feel achievable and sustainable.

Rather than focusing on perfection, we look at steady progress and meaningful markers of health - so you can feel more confident, informed and in control of your choices long-term.
